One way is to right click the iPhone background below and then choose 'save target as...' (IE & Opera) or 'save link as...' (Firefox). Don't forget where you saved it though!

Sync photos between your iPhone and your computer by checking the sync box. This information should appears on your computer screen when iTunes opens.
